Members of Bocaire

Your Board of Directors and the Long-Range Planning Committee have been
working diligently to identify and assess our needs as a club. We must address our
critical operational needs and our local country club “competition”, all while
sustaining the values of Bocaire traditions and our homes as prices spike.

This brochure describes our needs and high-level CONCEPT of what we must do to
stay relevant and competitive. While we are a small club and cannot have the
same breadth of activities as larger clubs, whatever we decide to do should be first
class.

In formulating a master plan, we had the opportunity to partner with Leo A. Daly,
Architects, Onsite Studio, landscape architects, Gaudet & Associates as our Owner’s
Representative, Proctor Construction, a general contractor, and Manhas Design, an
interior design firm to help us with design concepts. The funds approved by the
Membership and spent to date have provided us with a high-level concept of what
is possible to achieve. No further commitments or funds have been provided. As
part of this initial work, Member Focus Groups were conducted and an Engineering
firm was hired to assess the longevity of our infrastructure.
