THE MARKET
The current real estate market in South Florida is incredibly active. Bocaire has a record
low inventory of homes for sale and prices of homes have increased tremendously. While
certainly current market conditions are partially responsible for current increases in home
values, it is clear our investment in the golf course, the patio and the pool has had an
impact on home values. We must address our operational needs as well as market trends
providing for top-notch facilities in order to sustain our home values and continue to
attract active Members to our unique community. Our Members and new home buyers
who are paying over one million dollars for homes in Bocaire expect the highest level
country club experience.
