Casual Dining Venue

Most country clubs have or are planning casual dining venues, including
expanded patio seating. Our club, like the others, has a demand for a casual
dining option. Members, Sponsored Guests, Alumni and guests coming from
golf, and tennis will be comfortable spending time in this area. Additionally,

this area would serve as a venue for those making the turn from the 9 to the

10 hole seeking a quick bite to eat.

Locker Rooms/Attendant Area
Locker Rooms need a facelift to provide refurbished facilities and locker sizes
that fit our Members’ needs.

Clubhouse Proposal:

• In order to enlarge our limited-capacity kitchen, it would be expanded into
the Administration Area. The Administrative Area would move to the
current Fitness Center space.
• The existing bar would be moved to the back windows of the Grille Room to
create a new casual dining venue with access to the patio.
