• The Patio would be extended to allow for more outside seating and direct access
to the new bar area.
• Based on our history of how the Card Rooms are used, the Card Rooms would be
modified to allow for casual dining space, while still providing plenty of space for
card players.
• Much needed Storage Areas will be created.
• Locker Rooms would be refurbished.
• Every Member space will be renovated in the Clubhouse.
