The Clubhouse























































     Our Clubhouse was last renovated 8 years ago.  On average, interior trends change
     every  7  years.  Due  to  building  restrictions,  we  cannot  economically  expand  our
     Clubhouse.  Without  major  costly  structural  changes  to  our  Clubhouse,  we  are
     unable to add a second floor to accommodate needed space.  There is a need to
     refresh, improve, expand, and update.


     On  the  following  page  is  a  diagram  of  our  existing  Clubhouse.  Today,  we  are
     missing three (3) critical items:


        Kitchen
            The  kitchen  is  totally  inadequate  to  serve  our  Members,  Sponsored  Guests,
            Alumni  and  guests.  Currently  the  kitchen  staff  struggle  to  service  the
            increased demand for our dining services.  Our kitchen can serve “one line”.
            As  such,  with our current  struggle  to service our existing  dining venue, the
            idea that we could service, in a first-class manner, private parties or casual
            dining without expanding the kitchen is not realistic.
