I like o watch television.
The Earth is round.

Use the –s form of the verb with all singular subjects except I and you. This is very important.
Don’t forget it!
Be is irregular: is
Have is irregular: has

Bill usually gets up early.
He has a big breakfast.
Mary leaves for the university at 7:30 a.m.
She arrives at the university at 8:00.
My cat is brown.
It likes to sleep a lo.
My car has a flat tire.
The Student Union opens at 7:00 a.m.

Use the simple form of the verb with I, you, and all plural subjects.
Be is irregular: am/are

They never come to class late.
Mr. and Mrs. Baker leave for home at 5:00 p.m.
The students practice their English between classes.
You are all good students.
I usually have lunch in the cafeteria.
You are a good student.
