the Year.” In 2011, he was given the title of being
a Legend in Marketing, in 2012, he was #1 on the Management A-List of Academics, 2013, he became the  rst recipient of the William L. Wilkie American Marketing Association Foundation’s “Marketing for a Better World” Award for signi cant contributions to marketing theory and practice, same year, he was inducted in the Management Hall of Fame and became the  rst recipient of the Sheth Foundation Medal for Exceptional Contribution to Marketing Scholarship and Practice. He was ranked as one of the top 10 among 50 management gurus globally since 2001. Kotler was inducted in the Marketing Hall of Fame in New York City on May 28, 2014
Dedicating our  rst journal Mind Your Marketing to Philip Kotler can never do ample justice but is just a little effort to recognize his concise teaching for masses and outstanding analysis of economies.
Last, I am immensely grateful to all the thirty-three contributors, who sent us  nest articles. Without their enthusiastic support, we would not have been able

He has co-authored another book on Marketing with cases from Asia to be published very soon. He works on micro nance and social business, closely associated with Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus.
Professor Kotler was honored with a commemorative postage stamp from Indonesia on his 75th birthday.
He has received honorary doctoral degrees from many universities, including Stockholm University, University of Zurich, Athens University of Economics and Business, DePaul University, the Cracow School of Business and Economics, Groupe H.E.C. in Paris, University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna, Budapest University
