We are grateful to these volunteers who are serving as monitors on behalf of the Certified Grievance Committee.
When the Supreme Court orders monitoring as a condition of a lawyer’s probation in a disciplinary case, the
CMBA must find volunteers to supervise these attorneys. These appointments can span six months to two years.
Monitors are required to have monthly meetings with the lawyers they supervise and to provide quarterly reports
to Bar Counsel. We currently have five volunteers serving as Supreme Court monitors.
