NATIONAL TRAILER DEALERS ASSOCIATION

9:15 a.m.–1:15 p.m. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: TRAP & SKEET SHOOTING ADVENTURE
Day 3 d… ’ (Minimum 20 Participants; Maximum 80 Participants)
(Board Shuttle at 9:00 a.m. in JW Marriott Starr Circle Entrance)
Enjoy trap or skeet shooting using a provided 12-gauge, 20-gauge, 28-gauge and .410 bore gun. (No
pistols or firearms are allowed on the premises.) A safety instructor will be on the field with each group
while they are shooting. Boxed lunch included in fee. Waivers must be completed by all participants.
Must be 12 and up to participate. Closed toed shoes are required. Safety gear, safety discussion, and
equipment are provided at the club. Pre-registration required by Sept. 4, 2025. Additional fee
applies.
C ont 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: POOL CABANA EXPERIENCE
Reserved Cabanas are in the Lazy River Area
Enjoy relaxation, casual networking, and sun-soaked fun. Nestled alongside a sparkling resort pool,
our cabana setup offers a refreshing change of pace with shaded lounge areas, drink tickets,
complimentary snacks, and cool breezes. Designated cabanas are for all Convention attendees’ use on
Oct. 9. To reserve your own personal cabana, see the hotel concierge for rental information/availability.
There is no additional fee to participate. Pre-registration required by Sept. 4, 2025 to help NTDA
staff manage food and beverage.

will recognize outstanding membership ambassadors, sponsors, Board of Directors, and other
notable individuals. Plus, Truck Parts and Service Magazine will announce its “Trailblazer Award”
on-stage recognizing North America’s most successful and impressive trailer dealers for their un-
ending commitment to their customers, employees, and the trucking industry at large. Dinner
attire is business/resort casual. Don’t miss our incredible prize drawings! (Must be present to win.)
