Policies


        RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM
        The NTDA is dedicated to a safe and respectful environment. All convention participants must act with courtesy,
        professionalism, and respect toward fellow attendees, guests, staff, volunteers, hotel personnel, speakers, and vendors.
        Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.

        Intervention and Safety:  If a situation appears unsafe or inappropriate, attendees are encouraged to alert a trained authority
        — such as hotel staff or security — to help address concerns swiftly and respectfully.

        Policy Violations: Violations may result in disciplinary action, including verbal warnings, event removal without refund, bans from future events,
        or legal reporting if warranted.
