Yang, Yu-Mei
Ms. Yang is the President of the Taiwan Green Water
Gouache Painting Association and an executive
director of Niumatou Art Association. She graduated
from Tunghai University with a M.F.A. degree, and
served as Standing Board Member of the Taiwan
Gouache Painting Association. She earned First Prize
at the 53rd Arts Exhibition of Taiwan Central, Third
Prize at the Taichung County Art Exhibition in 2006,
Second Prize in the gouache painting category at the
13rd Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung City, and
three Bronze Medal at 70th, 72nd and 73rd Tai-Yang
Art Exhibition. She has also held ten solo exhibitions
around Taiwan, participated in the 7th Art Inheritance
Taichung Artist’s Relay Exhibition, given eight keynote
speeches on arts, and published one personal
gouache painting album, “Dream-Trace: Yang Yu Mei
Gouache Painting Album.”
