Zhang, Xiu-Yan
Ms. Zhang, a retired art teacher, holds a
M.F.A. degree in Gouache Painting from
Tunghai University. Her gouache painting
works were won First Prize at the 16th and
Second Prize at the 15th Da Dun Fine Arts
Exhibition of Taichung City, and Third Prize
in the Chinese Painting Category of the
professional group at the Taiwan Provincial
Civil Officers Art Exhibition in 1993. She also
participated the 5th Art Inheritance Taichung
Artist’s Relay Exhibition in 2015, and the Art
Expo from 2012 to 2018. She is currently
serving as the third chairperson of the
Changhua County Fellowship Art Association
of Taichung City. In 2017, she was invited
to hold a solo exhibition at the Art Gallery of
Chungyo Department Store. Participated in
the Hotel Art Fair in 2018. Her work has been
archived by Taichung City Fine Arts Museum.
