               Huang, Neng-Zheng
               Mr. Huang graduated from National Taiwan
               University of Arts. He has won Awards of
               Merit at both the Taiwan Provincial Fine
               Arts Exhibition and Tai-Yang Art Exhibition.
               His works were also selected for the Album
               of New Century Taiwanese Art. As an art
               teacher, he won the Best Instructor Prize at
               the Sheng Show Cup art competition. He has
               served as a director of the Taiwan Gouache
               Painting Association. He has also published a
               collection of his artwork.
