Throughout my tenure at MIL, I’ve been instrumental in crafting impactful designs and
communications that resonate with our audience and uphold MIL’s brand identity. From
overseeing major projects to leading innovative initiatives, I’ve consistently contributed to
enhancing our visual storytelling and communication strategies. My leadership in identifying
and implementing process improvements, along with my dedication to fostering collaboration
across teams, has prepared me to step-up at MIL. As such, I’d love the opportunity to step
into the role of Creative Director and am requesting a salary of $140,00 based on industry
benchmarks. I am excited about the opportunity to continue elevating MIL’s creative endeavors
and contributing to P&M’s ongoing success!
