bigger Taking on increased responsibilities, I’ve mentored and managed our junior designer,
guiding them creatively through art direction. Recently, I’ve taken on the role of
britches. managing our marketing and events coordinator, leading me into new areas of
management at MIL and growing the creative side of the company. To help nurture
this role, I seek out professional development like the national AIGA conference I
attended last year in New York City. Ultimately, taking on a more defined leadership
role has allowed me to see things from a birds-eye view and enhance collaborations
across teams.
