                                             I am excited to submit this promotion request, backed by my dedication
                                             to delivering impactful visual and communication materials that uphold
                                             MIL’s brand identity. Through collaborative efforts spanning various teams,
                                             individuals, and leadership at MIL, I have taken great pride in providing
                                             artistic leadership and creative direction over the years. Based on my
                                             background, performance, and tenure at MIL, I have put together the
                                             following proposal to support my request for a promotion.
