MILTON Training Online

MILTON (MIL Training Online) was developed as a means of helping employees
grow professionally and personally. Choose what interests you! MILTON offers
courses, certification prep, practice labs, books, book summaries, and audiobooks.
The training year is coming to a close. Employees who are currently enrolled
should take note of their course completions status. If enrollment occurred
between January and May, a minimum of 5 courses must be completed by
December 31st. If enrollment occurred between June and October, a minimum
of 4 courses must be completed by December 31st. Employees who do not complete the minimum number of required courses by
December 31st will be unable to participate in MILTON in 2022. All employees wishing to continue training in 2022 must re-enroll.

New Course! Leading in a Hybrid Workplace

In this course, you’ll learn about becoming a human-centered manager who can build a sense of
community in a group of individuals separated by space and time. You’ll see how inequities can arise
in hybrid teams, and how to avoid them. You’ll learn tools and techniques for improving collaboration
among physically separated workers. Finally, you’ll explore strategies for maintaining high productivity
and performance on hybrid teams.

Working towards a PMI certification for the first time? Or looking for PDUs?

The new Live Bootcamp is the only Skillsoft training method available to become eligible to sit for the PMP exam. While this new
Bootcamp is primarily used in preparation for the exam, students looking to maintain their PMP status can also take it for PDUs. The
first step towards receiving your PMP certification is to enroll in MILTON. The next step is to complete the PMP Training Agreement.
This form must be signed by your supervisor and VP, as you will need their approval because the bootcamps are only offered during the
weekday, Monday through Friday.
In addition to the taking the Live Bootcamp sessions, the purchase of a “Learner Kit” is necessary. The Kit is like the official textbook
for the course and includes a student manual, PMI official slides in pdf format, PM checklists, curated assets like webinars that PMI has
selected for learners, additional practice questions, course-files post class survey, spotlight videos, and a self-knowledge check. Users
can attend the bootcamps without the Learner Kit, but the Kit must be purchased before taking the certification exam.
