        New federal vaccine mandate

On September 24, 2021, the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force issued implementation guidance and FAQs on Executive Order
14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. Pursuant to this guidance, Federal contractors are
required to conform to the workplace safety protocols issued by the Task Force.

                                    A few important highlights:

» MIL falls under the Executive Order requiring all employees (including those who do not work
in a government facility) to be vaccinated. We will send instructions for you to update whether or
not you have been vaccinated in ADP next week.
» The Safer Federal Workplace Taskforce issued additional guidelines that include a requirement
for all employees to provide proof of vaccination no later than December 8th.
» Remote workers, even those who work exclusively in their private residence, are required to be
                                       vaccinated.
» Employees who work onsite at a federal agency/facility, regardless of their vaccination status, will
be required to mask and maintain social distancing.
» There may be an exemption if you have a medical condition that prevents you from being
vaccinated and for those with sincerely held religious beliefs. MIL is exploring options to validate
these exemptions. Please contact your HR Business Partner if you have questions about potential
                                       exemptions.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe and healthy and thank you for your
continued patience and resilience as implementation guidance evolves.

        MIL's return to office plan

MIL’s priority is to keep our employees and their families healthy,
especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we
will abide by governmental guidelines when possible as we strive
to balance public health concerns with the needs of our business.
To assist and formalize this process, MIL has developed and
published a Return to Office Plan to serve as a quick-reference
guide for our Corporate Service Center (CSC) employees. The
return to work plan details how MIL’s CSC plans to return to the
in-person part of our business while keeping employees safe to
every extent possible. This plan pulls from the latest direction
from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the
Occupational Safety and Health Administration and highlights
the responsibilities of CSC managers and employees. It also
outlines the steps MIL is taking to address COVID-19 in our
        corporate offices.
