Turn hot jobs into cold, hard cash
MIL’s Employee Referral Program has been one of the company’s most successful corporate
initiatives and has resulted in MIL hiring some of its most effective employees. Incentivizing staffers
to refer their best and brightest connections from their personal and professional networks has
made it easier for MIL to identify highly qualified and accomplished personnel. While referring staff
members get to recruit and handpick their own coworkers and colleagues and get a monetary bonus
on top of that. Win, win!!
Referral bonuses are paid to employees for recommending candidates who are hired to fill regular
full-time positions. Bonuses are paid in two equal increments following 30 days and 180 days of
employment of the referred individual.
And qualifying is easy! Applicants only need to cite the referring employee's name on the online
application. All employees are eligible for a corporate referral bonus except for the hiring manager,
VPs, Assistant VPs, and senior managers. There may occasionally be jobs posted that will specifically
state that they are not eligible for a referral bonus, but most openings do qualify.
So, MIL staffers, it’s time to review your contact lists and crack open your old-school Rolodex for
