to achieve specific zero trust security goals by the end FY 2024, the federal government, including
federal contractors such as MIL, will focus its efforts on ensuring that baseline security practices are
in place to smooth the migration to a zero trust architecture.
For MIL, part of this initiative is the rollout of Cisco’s Duo Security, a multi-factor authentication
(MFA) service designed to enhance our security posture on all company-owned Windows 10
Professional assets (laptops/desktops). MFA is an essential element of any zero trust architecture. It
ensures that before a user can access your data or resources, they must verify that they are who they
say they are. Through Duo Security, users can authenticate their identity and gain access in seconds
through multiple second-factor options (mobile phone, tablet, landline, security key, touch ID).
If you have an MIL issued device and haven’t been contacted to enroll in Duo Security or have any
questions or concerns regarding this change in MIL’s corporate IT security process, please contact

A night at the arena

Below are upcoming Capital One Arena suite nights available on InviteManager via lottery for October and November 2021. To get
tickets, submit a request by the deadline through InviteManager. Notifications for approved or denied requests will be sent from
InviteManager once the deadline has ended. If you don’t have an InviteManager account, email MILSuite@milcorp.com to get started
or for any other questions you may have.

Here are a few items to consider as we welcome you back to MIL’s suite:
Mask Compliance. Masks must be worn (except while actively eating and/or drinking) while
inside Capital One Arena, including in the MIL suite. Failure to comply could result in rejection
from the building.

Mobile Ticketing. Capital One Arena is 100% mobile entry for all events. All guests aged two and
older require a ticket. All guests must have a Monumental Sports Account Manager to accept the
tickets. Please click here for complete details and easy-to-follow steps.
No Bag Policy. Bags and purses are not permitted inside the Arena, but wallet-size clutches no
larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are permitted. If needed, medical/parenting bags are permitted, but subject
to security screening. Please note, there are no bag checks or bag storage locations available at
Capital One Arena.
Proof of Vaccine. For events where proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required, you must verify
your vaccination status using the CLEAR Health Pass. To get started, download the CLEAR app
before the event and enroll here.

Accepting tickets
Once the lottery is completed, a calendar invite is sent to all ticket winners. Winners must confirm
attendance by accepting the calendar invite or tickets will NOT be transferred. Once the calendar
invite is accepted by employee, a transfer offer will be sent from either teamexchange@ticketmaster.
com or customer_support@ticketmaster.com to your MIL email. That email will contain a link which
will prompt you to “Accept” the tickets.

You must accept the square QR Code that will serve as your ticket which will be available 24 hours
prior to the event. After accepting the ticket transfer and anytime within this 24-hour timeframe,
please log into the AccountManager *via your mobile device* to download your QR code. We highly
recommend saving the QR code to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay feature to expediate entry into
the arena.
Make sure to check your MIL email often for event update information and calendar invites!
