         July 2018: Donald Hutcherson

                           Don Hutcherson currently serves as a Sr. Systems Analyst for MIL's C5ISR Team in support our prime contract
                           with NAWCAD's 4.11.3 Ship & Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division.  Through an Interagency Agreement
                           that NAWCAD has executed with the Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection (CBP),
                           Mr. Hutcherson has been assigned as a Sr. Logistician to provide on-site to CBP's Office of Acquisition (OA)
                           located in Arlington, VA.

                           Recently, NAWCAD received a Letter of Appreciation from Mr. Ruynard Singleton, Executive Director of the
                           Program Management Office Directorate for the U.S. Border Patrol regarding Mr. Hutcherson's support.  Mr.
                           Singleton provided his "whole-hearted appreciation" for the outstanding support that Don has provided to
                           numerous projects in support of the homeland security mission, including: the Block-1 System which monitors
                           the southern border sectors; , the Tactical Aerostat System (TAS) which provides an eye-in-the-sky view of the
                           border areas;, the Remote Vehicle Surveillance System Upgrade (RVSS-U) that affords the border patrol with a
         mobile capability;, and the small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) that deploys to specific targets.  Mr. Singleton goes on to state: "As
         with most highly qualified - astute personnel, Mr. Hutcherson was asked to support three other programs.  Even with the additional
         workload, the Block-1 Logistics support continued uninterrupted.  Don even revised his work schedule to accommodate all workloads,
         proving to become known as the Logistician Extraordinaire!!"  Mr. Singleton continued with "I wish to thank Don for his diligent
         support, unwavering work ethic and contributions to the success of our goals and mission".  As a MIL employee Don exemplifies the
         type of professionalism and customer relationship management that is an integral part of the MIL culture and the basis of much of our
         success.  Please take the opportunity to congratulate Don on a job well done
