MIL is pleased to announce our inaugural class of “Circle of Excellence Award” recipients. These employees were nominated
        and selected by members of MIL’s corporate leadership because they personify MIL’s core values and effectively represent the
        company to customers, coworkers, colleagues, and the wider community. MIL’s core values include:

           » Treating everyone with respect and care: The employee commits to respecting internal and external clients who
           differ by gender, race, religion, culture, national origin, mental and physical abilities, and interact with them under the high-
           est standards of professional conduct. The employee understands that every member of the MIL family makes important
           contributions, regardless of job, role, or title. MIL empathizes with all people —empathy is the root of kindness, compassion,
           understanding, and respect.
           » Communicating effectively: The employee commits to taking responsibility for their communication. They conduct
           themselves professionally in all verbal and written communications. They refrain from negativity and seek to find solutions
           to challenges. They make themselves available to others and promptly respond to all inquiries and requests for assistance.
           » Sense of ownership: They take personal responsibility for their development and strive to maintain personal well-being
           and work-life balance so they can bring their best selves to work. They are receptive to feedback provided and take a personal
           inventory to challenge themselves to continuously improve. They contribute to your team and across MIL in positive ways
           through constructive feedback and continuously supporting the efforts of others.
        MIL’s first round of Circle of Excellence Awards will be presented at our Annual Crab Feast on October 28th and will honor
        and celebrate the achievements of the nine outstanding corporate citizens described below in their managers’ nominating
        statements.
