        Back to business—the next normal


        Over the next several weeks and months, as areas stabilize from
        the COVID-19 pandemic and capacity restrictions are lifted,
        MIL and our customers will begin making plans to move back
        into our pre-pandemic workplaces. As our success has been built
        on long-standing values like resilience and adaptability, we are
        confident that the MIL workforce will transition back to worksites
        as easily as you adjusted to the restrictions that kept us from our
        offices over a year ago. We expect the “next normal” will bring
        with it some uncertainty as we strive to make this shift as smooth
        as possible. Please continue to follow the direction of your
        on-site supervisors regarding your work location and schedule.
