Employee Appreciation
Employee Appreciation Day is coming! The annual celebration falls on the first Friday in
March, so, in 2023, it’s this Friday, March 3rd! Employee Appreciation Day is a great reminder to
prioritize thanking your team members for their invaluable contribution to your shared success.
While there are many factors that motivate employees, e.g., a higher salary, a better job title,
and challenging work, studies continue to report recognition and appreciation are powerful
motivators to a happier and more productive workplace.
