Never just one time

There are many questions leaders can ask themselves on the topic of employee
                      appreciation:

» Is “thank you” a part of my everyday communication?
» Do I invest in my people with quality learning and development?
» Am I sacrificing remote employees’ trust by over-monitoring their activity?
The goal is to make employee appreciation a part of the fabric of the organization—a
built-in and genuine norm that is never just a one-time experience.

                      Make everyday Employee Appreciation Day

» Thank someone at work who inspires you.
» Thank someone who brings fun and laughter to your day.
» Thank a client or customer that you really enjoy working with.
» Thank someone on your team who flies under the radar, but always gets the job
                         done.
» Thank a person in IT, HR, or accounting.

» Thank someone who took the feedback to heart and really worked on improving
                         their performance.
