To: ETS/Cyber Business Development Team
I would like to express my appreciation for our ETS and Cyber business development team and their
invaluable contributions to our organization – especially Joe Joseph, Jim Dixon, and Shahram Bavani. Their
tireless efforts in supporting our subject matter experts and leadership to go after and bid on new work have
been instrumental in our success. Their expertise in identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends,
and developing effective strategies has helped us expand and focus our targets. They work tirelessly behind
the scenes to build relationships, establish partnerships, and promote our organization’s capabilities, and
they always go above and beyond to ensure that our proposals are the best they can be while reaching out
for appropriate and focused input and contributions from technical staff. We are fortunate to have such a
dedicated and talented team supporting our organization, and we owe them a debt of gratitude for all that
they do – including keeping the rest of us (or maybe just me…) accountable and responsive to business
development deliverables!

To: SOMD: Cyber’s Fantastic Trio
Aynsley, Joe, and Shaun are constantly and positively driving efforts in both customer satisfaction and
corporate business development; and I’m convinced they have a TARDIS due to their ability to find twenty-
six hours in a day.

To: REPS Warehousing Team
The Warehouse Team provides a valuable capability to the services REPS provides to its clients. Without
Shout-outs! their logistical skills and dedication, project material would not be available to be integrated into systems
designed by our engineers. In addition, since being hired as REPS’ Warehouse Manager, Michael Johnson
has proven himself to be a dependable leader. His friendly demeanor, constant positive attitude, and
unwavering support of MIL’s projects has substantially increased warehouse performance metrics and
sector productivity. Thank you Michael and the Warehouse Team!

To: GFACS LE
GFACS LE has overcome several obstacles during the testing of Global Reg Region - Phase 2. They remain
on schedule even though dealing with an unexpected extended prep time, system down time, losing a team
member, and testing over 300 CCRs in a multitude of ways which will total 10,300 individual tests. At the
same time the team is also maintaining their O&M release schedule, which has a constant 2-week schedule.
Everyone on the team has been an exceptional performer.

To: Proposals & Marketing Team
MIL’s Proposals & Marketing team is tasked with a variety of responsibilities and they consistently amaze
me with their ability to juggle so many assignments while still maintaining the quality of work we have
come to know and expect. The team is stacked with complementary talents, positive attitudes, and a
common desire to do things the right way. Each person on the P&M team epitomizes the term “grace under
fire” as they tackle proposal development, marketing, branding, event planning, corporate communications,
and technical administration (just to name a few of our jobs!). I am grateful every day to work with such a
dynamic group of people.
