Here’s to a new training year!

MILTON was developed to help you grow professionally live instructors. Both give you the opportunity to interact
and personally. Through MILTON’s learning platform, directly with the instructor and participants through chat,
Skillsoft Percipio, you have access to courses, videos, books, polls, and questions asked throughout the session. They are
audiobooks, practice labs, and assessments purpose-built both managed on the http://calendar.skillsoft.com/. It is

training in 2024 must re-enroll. Please
complete the MILTON Enrollment Form.

The first step towards registering for a bootcamp or leadercamp is to complete
the Training Agreement Bootcamp/Leadercamp Form.

When presenting the agreement to your supervisor and VP, you are requesting their approval to take the classes because
bootcamps and leadercamps are only offered during the workday*, Monday through Friday. Before completing this form, please
discuss with your supervisor how you should account for the time you are in class.

There are three main options:
» You may be able to bill the client for the time if the class content directly supports client tasking.
» You may need to take this class on your own time perhaps during an extended lunch.
» Your VP may allow you to bill their divisional overhead if they feel the class directly supports your tasking.

*There is one exception – The Project Management Professional (PMP) ATP Bootcamp: 8 Day Australia Cohort.
Laureano Pabello discovered a way to take this training on his personal time. Though this is an Australian Cohort,
the instructions are based here in the US. Laureano states the pace is manageable and the examples or scenarios
they discuss in class are relatable. The class is held five consecutive Mondays from 6 pm – 10 pm.

After receiving your manager’s approval to attend, please complete the MILTON Enrollment Form. There is no cost to enroll in
MILTON. However, some bootcamps require purchases. For example, the PMP bootcamp requires the purchase of a mandatory
