While we asked people regarding the current
pandemic situation and how will the
Academics after pandemics most of the
teachers and students emphasized that the
academics will not remain same like any other
field. At one side they emphasized on having
digitalization and virtual learning on the other

I feel, there is not much to be stressed about the
changes as we have so many examples right in
front of us. We first need to have a proper portal
for teacher student interaction. Also, we could
have apps built where the faculties can post
about research in their particular fields. The
faculties of MSU are one of the best brains of
India and I feel in some way or the other, we are
not making full use of them. We should have our
own clubs who work more towards hands on
experience and that they are under teacher
guidance. We may also develop video lectures
and upload them on online platforms.

Thinking about the academics the lateral
importance shall be given to remaining exams.
There should be MCQ style exam for entire
university to conduct it fast and sonic and it
would also help in having the result quick thus
further admissions would not be in any threat.
Re-tests for people having KT and students of FY
should appear exams together and then SY and
TY'S exams shall be commenced. Secondly, the
new session might start late but there should be
clear figure that it should be complete or end like
earlier only for that compensate the holidays
given now by deducing it from academic year.

be economic depression.

online examinations, delayed examination and
mass promotions. The students faced a lot of
anxiety related to examinations and
admissions due to uncertainties but all said
one thing that we will get through this too.
2. Exams should be delayed/cancelled as
students don't have material with them nor
facility to study online.
3. Cousellor should be appointed in every
faculty as many students could be shaken
from within as they were in between 4 walls
for a long span.
4. To avoid return of pandemic, academics
should be resumed after carefully planning.
5. A good amount of students are from out of
state/country so this should be taken into
account before selecting a date of resuming
academics.

discipline , through discipline Comes worthiness
and wealth which leads to joy which has been
part of our ancient scriptures is a futuristic and
encouraging sign for our generations to follow
and continue the same attitude towards
education and academics with the modern
technological advances in place , our education
system can be made into an over-all hollistic
career growth approach with a mixture of online
and smart learning classes with regular college
lectures and other online co curriculum
webinars to ease the burden with fun learning.

As we start defining the post corona era. The
biggest challenge is restructuring from static
localized classroom to more dynamic digitized
delocalized classroom, we turn the pages of
information and find digital applications coming

in front like online video-based, interactive,
mutually live, or recorded selective classroom
apps with unlimited access with Game-based
learning and testing for every subject
simultaneously training people about online
platforms with the support of uninterrupted
internet and power supply creating a balance of
interactions thus entering a new paradigm in
education.

University should create its's own interactive
app. Practical can be understood easily by
videos. Faculties should provide 'pdf's' or vocal
notes. For doubts, University should set up doubt
portals. For example, WHO has created
WhatsApp chat for clearing doubts regarding
Corona virus. We should use such technology for
clearing our students doubts. We should take
help of our former I.T students for developing
apps or website. By doing the student can learn
at home and apply their knowledge to practicals
in college. Faculties can make individual plans to
help student learn at their pace.

Briefing on syllabus through a video, e-books
provided, e-projects to be made by students. Self
study through research work from e-books
given. This way students can learn even without
classrooms and punctuality and discipline can be
maintained by daily submissions through email
or post.

Social distancing is key factor to be followed,
other, develop e-education app of concern
University( Zoom is not safe), include- students
ID, log in/out time for attendence, upload
image/video, notes provide by teacher with
option wheather read it, understand it, Q/A, FAQ,
for teachers understanding, run either without
internet or with using less MBs, it's going to be
India's R&D, if same conditions arrive it would be
helpful, secondly Focus on research project
rather classes for brainstorming and it bring a
change in orthodox educational system and
develop a new ways of learning.

Academic after pandemic should be in such a
way that the process of giving knowledge to
students should be interesting n entertaining as
well. We are in 2020 so education must also go
with a trend, not only books, or online channels
are sufficient. It should be easy to learn, to gain
knowledge, to grasp matters, etc IF WE i.e
Teachers and Students can make short story
15/30seconds videos by their art.May be
song,dance,lyrics with music, painting, Acting
etc. according to the subject of their academic
year. Watching and Hearing is more effective to
learn quickly, e.g movies and short videos.

I would like the university (specially Faculty of
Technology & Engineering) to emphasis on
following points:
Ÿ Develop a Mentorship Programme which will
help students in making a good profile and
develop their soft skills.
Ÿ Update the curriculum.
Ÿ Educate the students about different initiatives
of the faculty i.e start up cell, siemens etc.
Ÿ To develop engineering clubs where students
can meet and share the technologies or
advancement in their fields, we can also call
our alumni and other technical professionals
to give lectures on new development in their
fields and keep students updated with new
tech

A highly secure mobile app where the discussion
between professors-students, students-
students and professors-professors will occur
by using the morse codes. I'm offering the
technique because whenever pandemic will be
over faculties won't have enough time to cover
the curriculum and morse codes are faster than
texting, moreover it could be far easy, cheaper
and faster than discussing through video calls.
However, morse codes are not that hard to learn.
When the pandemic will be over, along with
attending lectures we can use this method to
complete the curriculum earlier than we would
expect.
