Child Safe Code of Conduct
Just Better Care’s Child Safe Code of
Conduct provides information to assist
staff in the understanding of ethical
values and standards of behaviour
required in providing any services to
children and young people. All staff
who are working with children and
young people are required to read,
sign and abide by this Child Safe
Code of Conduct, and also undertake
relevant checks and training in line
with the Just Better Care Working with
Children and Young People procedure.

Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct provides
safeguards to protect the
Just Better Care network, franchise
employees and customers. It
provides information to assist in the
understanding of our ethical values
and the standards of behaviour
required. This includes when engaging
with customers and colleagues, and
when representing Just Better Care in
the community. The Just Better Care
Code of Conduct applies at all times.
Working for Just Better Care You will be provided with a copy of
the Just Better Care Code of Conduct
at orientation and asked to sign a
declaration to acknowledge that you
have read and understood the Code
of Conduct.
If you become aware of a breach of
the Code of Conduct, please ensure
this is reported in accordance with our
Workplace Grievance procedure.
Just Better Care Australia aims to,
and requires its Franchisees to, foster
an environment in which concerns
can be reported without fear of
punishment. It endeavours to treat all
reports seriously and act appropriately
and promptly.
