Demystifying The Curse Of Poverty
“For you are becoming progressively acquainted with and
recognizing more strongly and clearly the grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ (His Kindness, His gracious generosity, His undeserved
favour and spiritual blessing, [in] that though He was [so very]
rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, in order that by His poverty
you might become-enriched (abundantly supplied) 2 Corinthians
8:9 [AMPC]
Most Christians struggle and remain aggravated beyond
understanding under the yoke of the curse of poverty; buying into
the inconsistent doctrines full of deception that place salvation and
holiness on poverty and lack as sense of humility –false doctrine!
God has no reason to glory in lack and poverty; He is the God who
makes us abound in every good thing. He owns the silver and the
gold, “The silver is Mine and the Gold, says the Lord of Hosts” Haggai
2:8 [AMPC]
The Nature of a Curse
“Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you
will eat food from it all the days of your life, it will produce thorns
and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field, by the
sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the
ground…so the Lord banished him from the Garden of Eden to
work the ground from which he had been taken” Genesis 3:17-19
