Paul Kates Conference Room
(previously Small Executive Conference Room)
Starting as a general foreman in 1993, Paul Kates
worked at Kokosing for 40 years with a specialty in
ironwork and structural steel erection. In addition to
being an expert ironworker and outstanding leader
during a multitude of complex steel projects, Paul was
dedicated to the development and growth of future
leaders of Kokosing. Also, he provided outstanding
leadership in order to change the safety culture at
Kokosing, particularly among ironworkers. He was an
incredible influence on the success of the Heavy
Industrial Division.
