Steubenville Conference Room

The US-22 project located in Steubenville, Ohio was
a pivotal project for the Heavy Highway Division. Due
to the complexity of the work and the associated risk,
the successful completion of this project differentiated
Kokosing against competition and proved our ability
as a premier transportation contractor. This project laid
the foundation for the growth and development of many
future Heavy Highway leaders.
