Wise Owl Conference Room
(previously Westerville Legal Conference Room 2519)
In 1954, founder Bill Burgett incorporated Kokosing
Construction Company, the name inspired by the
nearby Kokosing River. Kokosing is a Native American
word meaning wise owl, which eventually becomes
the company mascot. Throughout decades of growth
and expansion, the company remains true to business
practices rooted in unwavering morals. Our leadership
and team members upload the organization’s belief in
honesty and integrity, and to do the right thing.
