Orange A, B and C

In 1958, Bill Burgett purchased the first bulldozer, an
Allis Chalmers HD8. The orange color inspired him; he
appreciated the bright color against the dark, freshly-
dug earth. It eventually became the official company
color, and a paint shop was established to custom paint
the majority of the Kokosing equipment fleet. Over the
last several decades Kokosing orange has become a
signature, iconic trait of a reputable,
well-established contractor.
