Bean Salad




   Ingredients


     Kidney beans, tablespoon 
     Chickpeas, tablespoon
     Lima beans, tablespoon
     Borlotti beans, tablespoon
   (note: all these beans can be found in a four bean mix can)
     Parsley, tablespoon
     Coriander, tablespoon
      1/2 tomato, diced
     1/2 red onions, sliced
     Vegan cheese, 20g (optional)
     Basil
     Vinaigrette,
     Olive oil, tablespoon
     Vinegar, tablespoon
     Lemon Juice
     Salt/pepper
   Method


  1.   Take four teaspoons of four bean mix and wash with a stariner
  2.   Dice corinader and parsley
  3.   Dice half tomato and slice onions
  4.   Add the above ingrediants in a bowl and mix
  5.   Add vinaigrette
  6.   Top with lemon juice, salt/pepper to taste
