Cold Tofu



   Saba


   Noodle



   Bowl





   Ingredients



      200g firm tofu
      Soba noodles pack

      Purple cabbage
      Broccoli
      Cucumber

      Green Onion
      Sesame seeds

      Seasame oil
      Soy sauce

      Eggplant

   Method



   1.   Remove soba noodles from
    packet and cook according to

    the instructions
  2.   Cube firm tofu and eggplant
    (optional) cook on medium

    heat with sesame oil in pan &
    soy sauce

  3.   Steam broccoli in separate
    pot for 6/7 minutes on high

    heat
  4.   Cut up cucumber, sliced

    purple cabbage and green
    onion
  5.   Drain noodles, place in bowl,

    add tofu, veggies, top with
    cucumber, cabbage and

    broccoli. Garnish with sesame
    seeds, onion and sesame

    sauce.
