Stakeholder Maps can be indentified by general roles (stu-
dents, parents, staff, etc) specific roles (Ceo, project manag-
er,) or by actual people (Eric Sickles, Molly Williams).
The initial process
can be simply done as
roles posted on a white
board as a sketch.
METHOD 1: Stakeholder Map
The sketch then
evolves into a more
organized structure,
defining possible hi-
erarchies, and key re-
lationships between
roles or people.
These relationships
can be visualized
through line or proxim-
ity, striving for sense
making and clarity of
communciations for
the Team.
