BOPIS Curbside Operational Guide





                                          Training Checklist


        Training Preparation

         Training has been divided into 2 sections:

                Section 1 – Safety Training: to be completed immediately on day 1 in the store
                Section 2 – BOPIS Curbside Training: to be completed on day 2 in the store

         Both training sections will be facilitated by the GM for all store managers and must
             be completed prior to opening for BOPIS Curbside Pickup operations.
         GM – Read the complete BOPIS Curbside Operational Guide.

         GM – Print and review the BOPIS Curbside Training Facilitation Guide prior to
             manager training day.

         GM – Print the BOPIS Curbside Training Participant Guide for each manager.


        Day 1 of Training (Safety)

         Set up the training area so that the managers are 6 feet apart, with a copy of the
             BOPIS Curbside Training Participant Guide and a pen at each seat for them to
             follow along and take notes during the training.

         Have mask/face covering and a pair of disposable gloves available to demonstrate
             the proper way to put them on and take them off.

         Remind everyone to bring their Participant Guide back for tomorrow’s training.


        Day 2 of Training (Curbside Pickup)

         Set up the training area so that the managers are 6 feet apart, with a pen at each
             seat.

         Have a couple extra copies of the BOPIS Curbside Training Participant Guide
             available in the event someone forgot to bring theirs back with them today.
