Guest Experience/General Information
Handling Guest Returns
Script have been provided for returns.
As a reminder, stores will be closed for any in-store sales, returns, or exchanges.
Guest: Can I do a return in store?
Manager: “To ensure we are

accepting returns or exchanges
at this time. Your returns will be
honored once our stores
reopen. I’m sorry for any
inconvenience this has caused.

Downtime Tasks Do’s & Don’ts
During downtime, you should: You should NOT:
Organize and clean the store, including Order supplies that are not safety
sanitation protocols and BOPIS-related
Perform inventory adjustments and Perform planogram resets
cycle counts as directed per AIM tasks Make and/or order testers
Replenish the salesfloor with backstock Order marketing
merchandise Order missing fixtures
Take LMS courses
Audit expired SKU’s
Dress Code
Jeans: Dress Code will be updated allowing for jeans and sneakers.
• Denim must be light, medium or dark blue in color, or a color that falls within any of
our Ulta Brand colors (pink, purple, orange, black, gray, white).
• Denim can be long in length or capris.
• Jeans with holes, rips or a low waist are not permitted.
Sneakers:
• Sneakers must be professional, in good condition, with no scuffs or tears
