A VERY RARE GREEN JADE OWL 商晚期 玉鴞

CIRCA 14TH-MID-11TH CENTURY BC 養德堂珍藏,台北,入藏於1999 年以前
The jade is finely carved in the round depicting an owl standing
on its feet and tail with a pair of notched horns. Its eyes, breast 展覽
and tail feathers are demarcated by incised lines with scrolls on its 國立故宮博物院,《羣玉別藏續集》,台北,1999年,
chest. There is a hole pierced at the mouth and on the underside is 圖版89號
