A RARE REVERSE-GLASS MIRROR PAINTING OF
A PHEASANT AND HEN
Circa 1780
Finely painted with a long-tailed pheasant and hen with
detailed plumage at the bottom between two flowering
trees extending up the mirror forming the border,
within an elaborate European arched giltwood frame,
18th/19th century.
Overall 64cm (25 1/8in) high x 33.4cm (13 1/4in) wide.
