wings tucked behind forming the rounded covers, one pair turquoise-
bodied, the other pair blue-bodied, each with white enamel detailing to

BURNER STAND, JI
19th century
The taller stand with a square top supported by four tall square-
section legs joined by a square shelf, 96cm (41 6/8in) high x 40cm (15
6/8in) wide x 39.5cm (15 1/2in) deep; the smaller stand with a well-
constructed circular top with a beaded-edged frame supported on a
constricted waist, the bulging apron continuing down the sides of the
cabriole legs resting on a circular base, 78cm (30 5/8in) high x 52.5cm
(20 5/8in) diam. (2).
