                                A LONGQUAN CELADON CARVED ‘FLORAL SCROLL’
                                BOWL
                                MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
                                The bowl is fluidly carved on the exterior with two rows of lotus petals below a classic
                                scroll around the mouth, the interior with a composite floral scroll surrounding a central
                                medallion with a flowerhead, covered overall with a thick glaze of sea-green tone, with
                                the exception of a ring on the base revealing the greyish-brown body.
