381 A boxwood netsuke of a professional sneezer,
by Gyokkei. Mid-19th century
Seated cross-legged, tickling himself with a thin stick
inlaid in bone in order to elicite a sneeze, the mouth
open. One cord hole lined with ivory.
Signed Gyokkei.
