Of ovoid form, with a flat rim encircling the mouth, the sides are applied The vase of hexagonal shape has a pair of rounded tubular

A similar vase was included in the Oriental Ceramic Society
exhibition, Iron in the Fire, Ashmolean Museum, 1988,
no. 89, and on the front cover. Another from the W. W.
Winkworth Collection was sold at Sotheby's London, 12
December 1972, lot 130. A larger teadust-glazed vase of
this shape is illustrated in Chinese Ceramics in the Idemitsu
Collection, Tokyo, 1987, no. 965. See, also, a very similar
