A TRANSPARENT PINK TOURMALINE 'DOUBLE' BOTTLE
1770-1850
Comprising conjoined bottles of tapering rectangular and cylindrical
baluster shape, the first carved in low relief to three sides with
archaistic chilong panels centered by a dragon's head and surrounded
by scrollwork, the other carved in high relief with two further chilong,
each moving in opposite directions, all below short necks and
supported in simple flat foot rings conforming to the shape, each with
fairly-well hollowed interiors.
