Of flattened pear shape, skilfully carved through the thick

cinnabar-red overlay to the turquoise-blue ground with a she-

shaped pendant on each side, one side transforming into an

archaistic powerful phoenix encircled by smaller chilongs, the

reverse incised with a bird-head in the style of scrolling clouds

or flames, coral stopper.
