Woven in white and polychrome threads
with clouds, auspicious emblems and
cranes while gilt-wrapped threads define the
dragons, shou medallions and lishui border,
the black ground of the neck bands, sleeves
and cuffs also woven in gilt-wrapped threads
(fading, soiling, tears).
