shallow relief with archaistic scrolls and
medallions of the sun emerging from clouds

19th century
With stepped top supported by a beaded
apron and corner legs terminating in ruyi-
shaped feet, the beaded edges all delicately
carved with angular scrolling motifs, the
surface stained to a rich dark brown hue.
