TWO CARVED WHITE JADE BELT HOOKS
QING DYNASTY, 18TH-19TH CENTURY
The first is finely carved with a curved shaft terminating in a dragon-
head hook, opposite its sinuous bifurcated tail. The other is carved
with a mythical bird-head hook.

QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The brush rest is carved and pierced in the form of
two coiled chilong, each grasping a spray of ruyi in its
mouth.
